| Delivery InformationDelivery MethodsUK orders are despatched either by Royal Mail 1st or 2nd Class, by Courier or personal delivery within Nottingham postcodes NG1-NG11. Collection is also available at pre-agreed times and Special Delivery is available on request. Most couriers require a signature and operate between 9am and 5pm on weekdays only, so please specify an address where someone will be able to sign for your products between these hours. Most of our products are supplied direct from stock and we will despatch your order within 3 business days. If goods can't be shipped within a reasonable time we will e-mail you to advise you of this and, if there is to be a delay, ask if you wish to continue with the transaction and offer you the opportunity to cancel your order. We will make every effort to deliver within the time stated on StickyTigerSupplies.co.uk but we will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery. Please note that while items sent by Royal Mail usually arrive within 2-3 days (the Post Office aim to deliver 92% on the next working day after posting), Royal Mail stipulate that only items still not delivered after 15 working days can be officially classified as lost. Compensation for loss of goods is limited to the cost of the goods ordered and will take the form of a replacement. A refund will be offered if replacement items are unavailable. This does not affect your statutory rights. Delivery CostsFree UK Delivery: Free UK delivery is available on selected items for orders totalling £45 or more. The items that qualify for free delivery are stated in their product page. Free UK delivery is available on all items for orders totalling £75 or more. The delivery method will be selected by StickyTiger Supplies according to the most cost effective method and customers should allow a minimum of 1 week for deliveries. Please also note our policy regarding returns - if an unwanted item is returned and renders the free postage discount invalid, the amount refunded will be limited to the price paid less the free delivery discount given. Postal/Courier Delivery: The delivery charge calculation is based on the weight of the items in your order. The cost of each delivery method will be automatically calculated and will appear at the checkout page for you to select your preferred method. Collection: from Sherwood Rise, Nottingham is free. We'll call to agree a time once the items are ready - suggest a convenient time in the comments box. Nottingham Delivery (NG3, 5 - 8): Flat £1 fee under £20 or FREE over £20, we'll call to agree a delivery once the items are ready - suggest a convenient time in the comments box. Nottingham Delivery (NG1, 2, 4 & 9-11): Flat £3 fee under £40 or FREE over £40, we'll call to agree a delivery once the items are ready - suggest a convenient time in the comments box. Live outside of the UK?: We're now offering shipping by Airmail to selected European countries. There are some restrictions in place on what can be sent by Airmail, however we'll let you know if this causes a problem with your order.
